Sigma Kappa Time!

Love graduation time! I always make time for my sorority girls no matter how crazy I may get with work :)

One of Sigma Kappa's official philanthropies is gerontology (with a focus on Alzheimer's disease research) Sigma Kappa became the first sorority to recognize the need for continued comprehensive work on the study of aging and the needs of the elderly population.** My grandmother recently (this morning) passed away from this disease so this session was bitter sweet for me.

Here are some of my favorite shots from this morning shoot. I had the chance to capture my sister Natalie's grad pics! We headed out to the Santa Ana train station for some fun! Natalie is interning as a production assistant with Disney and looks like things will be going great for her in the future! I love catching up wiht my girls and seeing the great things they are doing and goals they plan to accomplish! So exciting!!

Rarely do I shoot family sessions but when my friend Amanda asked me to shoot her fam bam I couldn't resist, not gonna lie, I was stoked! Amanda & Read are always fun but throw little Addy James in the mix and BAM, I'm in love with every frame I see threw my lens...

Going Old School!

Well the last couple weeks have been crazy!!! Vegas last week for Get Flipped! doing the ETA show then to Huntington Beach Saturday and Laguna Sunday @ Ritz Carlton to shoot with the awesome Mandy Marie for JKP studio and kept going till today!!

This morning I was out at my old campus Cal State Fullerton to shoot Grad pics for a sorority sister, Lauren! It was so much fun to run around the campus and my old sorority house, Sigma Kappa! Catching up with sisters is always fun and keeping in touch is even better!!! 

I got that that BOOM BOOM POW!

Had an awesome night shooting the Black Eyed Peas! I was stoked when Get Flipped!, makers of BEP backstage passes, asked me to capture Get Flipped products in action backstage!

I had full access to back and on stage and ran all over playing a game of I Spy a Get Flipped!  

 

 Then it was showtime!
