Behind the Scenes! Divulge Magazine

It's been a year for Divulge Magazine!!! Ben and I started up Divulge as a fun way to document our chaotic art world adventures and showcase our favorite artists and I get to have fun shooting scenes I've always wanted to! So in honor of our "birthday," February is our birthday issue!!

I had so much fun shooting with this months team!

One Year Later

Can't believe its been a year for Ray and Janine Salvante!!! Janine is a dear friend of mine (go way back to our sorority days!), I was so happy to be to capture their wedding a year ago here in LA. We all just fell in love with so many shots at the LACMA that  they decided to get their one year pictures done at the same location (and hopefully every year here after!) .

Celebrating his 75th Brithday!!

Joanna contacted me a few weeks back for family portraits,  her Dads 75th birthday was coming up! I met up with her family off Laurel Canyon at the family home. Just the sweetest family and oh so photogenic! Little Tate was the cutest!!

January Issue Divulge Magazine

If you missed it... check out this months Divulge Magazine issue! Pack with great artists and clothing collaborations! Artist RETNA x Louis Vuitton on the cover!!

RETNA is one of my new favorite artist to follow, his work is a collaboration all itself! Influenced by languages and calligraphy his work speaks volumes to me. Like any great artist RETNA is really less about the money and more about the moment of how he feels. His creations, although may appear simplistic, hold a lot of emotions and feelings. I was first introduced to his from the Micheal Kohn Gallery exhibit he did, all all the pieces were glitter! (online images do not give it justice!) After that I start spotting his work all over the city! Clearly I wasnt the only one impressed, Louis Vuitton commissioned him to paint the outside of their Miami store! If that wasnt enough, he also did a scarf collaboration with Louis Vuitton which can only be purchased at the Miami location, I scored one and just had to shoot it!! :)

Kristi and Tre are Taking the Plunge!

I met up with Kristi and Trey about 10 days ago as I post their engagement session they are off in Thailand getting married! This adorable energetic couple wasted no time!! They met, fell in love, booked me for engagements BEFORE they were engaged! LOL We took pics and a week later they were off to get married! When you know, you know! In today's world there is no such thing as "normal" way, make it your way, your story and that's just what they did!

A Family Affair

I met up with the Rosenfield siblings on what had to be the WINDIEST day!! I was sure they would show up and immediately demand "I cant work like this!" but they were amazing and were up for some fun! Gary, the oldest, is in law school, Carli and Ashely (the twins!!) are busy studying for entertainment and health industry and all of them are busy traveling! Their mom had actually reached out to get some shots of them, I thought that was awesome!After finally tracking all of them down for a day we got some great captures of them!
